August 27th 2020

Incorrect. ROC has to be filed within 90 days from the expiration of the card, not 3 months. A quick search indicates 90 days prior to November 27th, 2020 is August 29, 2020.

August 27th is 92 days since both August and October have 31 days.

That said, never aim to file on the very first day possible. Wait a couple days...no need to risk either you or their intake staff making a counting error.

Timelines:

Have you received anything yet?

We got the NOA yesterday.....was wondering how long the biometrics notice/waiver took.....

Not yet. I was trying to figure out how long it takes for people to get the biometrics notice/waiver. But it looks like it's all over the place. Some people get it right after the NOA. But some people got it MONTHS afterwards.

Hi Everyone!

We received our NOA1 for the I-751 and the case # starts with MSC which is indicating that it was sent to the National Service Center in Missouri. I see no information on processing times for this service center nor do I see that I-751 applications normally being sent here. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Hello, it´s been 2 challenging years, (specially this 2020) but we are fine wifey and I, the USPS tracking site says that:

Your item was delivered at 1:28 pm on August 24, 2020 in DALLAS, TX 75266.

So I´m kinda lost about what to wait next???

How are you and how it´s your new life?

I sent like 2 envelopes-worth of pictures! And just in a small envelope, so I wasn't able to close it. So ziploc is actually better, now that I think about it 😅
