I only know of one from Nigeria came to interview and before CO even started he owned up to the application lie saying he had wife and kids, The CO thanked him did interview he was approved. No one I know that lied and submitted fraudulent papers ever got approved. I don't see that EVER happening.

Probably the only option after all Immigration is a 2 way street.

It is and I don't know about these specific cases.  The two cases I do know about, ended up giving up, divorcing and moving on.  This kind of fraud mostly happens in countries  in which few Americans want to spend their lives.  Many otherwise bona fide marriages, are still based on the idea the couple will share a life in the USA.  It's a small minority that will move to the foreigner's country, particularly when it's 3rd world and the US Citizen is the breadwinner.  

 

Notable exception would be the Philippines when the USC is able to retire there.

Well it is something that should be discussed, especially when there are issues and only one option is acceptable.

You mean they lied....and lied about the lie? I'm shocked.

And people wonder why USCIS won't just accept "I lied" at face value.

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed
