I haven’t checked my I-145 status since last month due to COVID-19 . Today, while at work, I was tempted to check my status and behold! My status says “new card being produced”.  I wasn’t expecting this, I feel overwhelmed.

I am really short of words right now lol, feels surreal that the K-1 journey has now ended and the path to citizenship is now opened.

Goodluck to everyone waiting!

wow that is awesome ! congrats ! 😄

Congrats ! did you "front load" your AOS application with bona fides ?

With my approval of the I-485 (GC) we sent in no other documents except what was initially required...we did not front load our application. Most couples do not have enough to front load with other than a marriage certificate /  license! I am still trying to figure out the criteria USCIS used to determine who receives an interview wavier or not. My only conclusion at this point is it is due to Covad-19.

4 years, 11 months, 2 weeks and 3 days

Citizenship Complete!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!
