Don’t think that’s something any of us will know. You can submit it and try, but only the officers at the office can tell you. Might have to apply for a replacement

The actual time will be off by a few months but yes that is the average I believe. It shows Apr 2021 for me as well. However there is major difference in processing times based on the state / city so take it just as a rough estimate.

Thank you, usually Biometrics used to get done in around 5 weeks from initial NOA, maybe due to CoVID, its delayed. Have you received Biometrics yet?

The biometrics offices aren't even open yet, and haven't been since March. So nobody who filed in March until now has had their biometrics.

Hopefully Congress intervenes . For an administration that is gung-ho on employing all-american workforce, it sure doesn't look like they are walking the talk -especially when USCIS is asking for a repayable loan.

But the administration also doesn't prioritize immigration, so they would likely rather see that "loan" go to something more important. Besides, the more money USCIS gets, the more people can become citizens before the election, the worse for the administration. The majority of new immigrants would not vote in Trump's favor, and he knows that. So why would he want to lend money to get people to vote Democrat. 🤷‍♀️

I agree with this analysis 100%. The current administration is anti-immigration, and I don't mean this in any political way, it's just a fact that is on record, thus the source of my extreme pessimism over any sort of bailout being agreed upon before the election. Big sigh.
