me too, I’m thinking of requesting expedite too. Some ppl are getting approval. My wife lives with joint family system, where she is more at risk then joining me states where I live alone. It’s frustrating

The  minute your passport is stamped when you arrive to US you can leave the country. The stamp (551) is your temp greencard stamp good for a year. But like other post said don't stay longer than 6 months without a reentry permit.

Hi, we were contacted by phone by the embassy. They said they will contact us again with the interview date when they open back up again. The Cairo Embassy is still closed. Egypt is starting to relax its closures at the end of May so we hope that we hear from them soon. When I have a date, I'll definitely update everyone.
