How do I get my administrative processing done? There is no need for person to person contact for this step, so the virus will have no bearing on this being able to be completed. So how do I move forward to get this step completed?

Short of responding to any information requests, your hands are tied as it relates to doing "something" in order to get AP completed

YMMV

AP covers a lot of possible things, so unless there is something really specific that you have been told is outstanding you would not know.

AP is completely on their end, unless they are waiting on something they have requested from you.

You don't.  The consulate does all of that, including letting you know if they need more documentation.

In terms of "no need for person to person contact," while true, it still requires embassy staff to complete, many of whom have been evacuated back to the US with their families.  There are no interviews currently taking place at most embassies and consulates, and we can really only speculate as to whether other work there is being done.

There is work being done because they are doing video there and updated my case just recently among other things. Just because the embassy is lower in staff or working from home does not mean their is not work being done. I just need to know who to contact. My case is humanitarian Aid. I am ill and waiting for my husbands help in America. It's not a matter of if or when, it is imperative that he come.

AP is wide ranging and includes activities outside the remit of the Consulate.

I never said there wasn't work being done.

I am sorry to hear that you are ill.  Unlike other portions of the visa process, AP cannot be expedited, even for humanitarian reasons - which makes sense if you think about it:  most AP is related to security/background checks.

That has all been done. There is no more checking to be done.

If it is still in 'AP', they are still completing the security checks.

Security/background has all been done and they have everything they need. It is an open and shut case.

If you're so confident that it has all been completed with absolutely no administrative processing yet to do, then why hasn't been issued?  I have never heard of that happening.
