As everybody else said, there is nothing to do. They will contact you when there is movement.

You do not know what is still pending on their side. You do not know it is "open and shut". There is simply no way for anybody outside the consulate to know that.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

Because they emailed and said they have what they need but waiting on the lockdown to be lifted. They also updated the case on line. I came here to find out info that I need, not what I already have and not argue my case. I am fine with the process that it has taken, I am trying to move forward now because it is imperative my husband came. I am aware that work is still being conducted other than person-to-person contact.

In that case, check the CEAC status.  It should say "ISSUED"!

Doesn't seem that you need any info from VJ?  Since you got it all from the consulate.
