I got my letter in 3 weeks, my case was made in 2 days from uscis approval. Sending lots of loving thoughts that your hear or figure it out soon ❤️

03/01/20: NOA1 Issued(IOE)

03/06/20: NOA1 Received via postal mail from Nebraska Service Center

03/20/20: Case Transferred to California Service Center from Nebraska

04/11/20: Touched 

05/05/20: Touched 

05/22/20: Touched

06/02/20: Touched 

06/03/20: RFE

06/15/20: RFE Received by USCIS

I would like everyone to give me their honest opinion. Please Judge my Situation before my Interview.

CR1•Waiting on Interview Letter(1Beneficiary)

Petitioner (Male)

- Age 29

- No kids

- Income $21,000

- Never Used Government Benefits 

- No health Issues or Disabilities 

- Has Health Insurance (Wife will be added when in USA)

- High School Education 

- Working at the Same Job 3years 

- Not Specialized in any skilled (Maybe Customer Service)

Current Savings in bank ($10,000)

- No Credit Score (applied for a Credit Card to start using to build Score)

 

Household Member (Petitioner Mom)

- Income $26,000

- No Dependants

- No health Issues or Disabilities 

- Never Used Government Benefits 

- Has health Insurance 

- No assets (One Car)

- Age 62

- Good Credit Score 

 

Beneficiary (only one)

- Age 30

- No kids

- No health Issues or Disabilities 

- University Diploma

Does he live with his mom, and is he combining income with her for sponsorship? Or do they live apart and is she a separate joint sponsor?

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

 

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

 

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

 

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

How did you ask online? Did you email them?

This is just a generic message, I have it too. Unfortunately it does no mean anything in terms of timeframe.

This is not an approval notice. It just means your case is being processed. Based on your service center, you can estimate the time frame.

Timeline

Hello everyone I checked my status online today and it says case sent to the department of state IDK what this means. Can anyone tell me. 
Case filled In February received RFE in May but I check today 17th it says CASE SENT TO DEPARTMENT OF STATE.  What does this mean? Does it mean approval?
