applying 60 days(too scared to do 90 lol) before my 5th yr anniversary as LPR

Hi guys, we filed our application on 02/29/2020 but I consider us to be in March filers 😄.

 We filed under the 3 years marriage rule. The  I751 was approved on January 2020.

Seattle WA,  completion time: May 2021 (14 months). Waiting time : 7 days.

Did you already remove the conditions on your green card? When did you get approved? Let me know if you have any questions on the N400 application:)

July 9, 2016 - Application Sent to USCIS Chicago IL (AOS, EAD, AP)
July 11, 2016 - Package Delivered
July 12, 2016 - EAD & AP case was received
July 22, 2016 - I-485 Fingerprint Fee was received
July 26, 2016 - Electronic text & email received at 12:20midnight
July 26, 2016 - Check has been cashed out at 4:00am
July 29, 2016 - AOS, EAD & AP NOA1s hardcopy received
August 05, 2016 - Biometric Appointment Letter received (it was sent on 2nd Aug)
August 15, 2016 - Biometric Successfully Done within 20 minutes at Southpoint Jacksonville
September 21, 2016 - EAD and AP APPROVED via USCIS case status (Sept. 21 in the morning, EAD status was "NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED" and same day in the evening EAD and AP = APPROVED :dancing: )

We were married 12 years before I applied for AOS so we were not subject to a conditional GC. My application is all ready to go ...just need to press “submit”

03/03/2020: online submitted N400 application

 

ROC I-751 (Open window 1/24/2019)

03/11/19: I751 sent to Phoenix, AZ.

03/12/19: Package delivered and signed for

03/19/19: The check was cashed. Text message was received couple hours later (#LIN)

03/22/19: Received NOA/18 months extended letter for GC

9/14/19: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Sep 25,2019

1/24/2020:  "New card is being produced"


AOS for K1

07/07/16: I-485, I-765, I-131 AOS Application sent to USCIS Chicago IL.

07/08/16: Package delivered

7/12/16: Electronic texts & email receiveds

7/15/16: 3 Hardcopy NOA1s received in the mailbox with dated July 11,2016

7/23/16: Biometrics letter received in the mailbox. Appointment is on Aug 4,2016

Don't see all the documents I uploaded yet, but I am hoping it is just part of the process since it is less than 24 hours since I submitted online.

Im getting ready to file this week, getting my requirments ready..

 

Aside from the checklist provided by USCIS. Do you guys have your own doc checklist that you can share? 

 

Im so scared to leave anything out.

Im applying based on 5 year residence. I was married to a US citizen as of 2013, but he passed away last year..

 

Grateful for any tips you can provide
