Thank you i think you got the point. But still wondering being having USC bro and LPR mother will reduce my chance of getting the B2 visa or not

Personally, I don’t think it will have a big impact, because neither of them can sponsor you anytime soon (a petition from your brother would take over 15 years, and LPRs cannot file for married children). There is also just less incentive for someone from the EU to stay illegally in the US than someone living in a developing  country. What would be the point in swopping legal developed country living for illegal? And the fact that you are totally financially dependent on your husband is another tie to Italy. So I am more optimistic than others here on your chances, but still it’s definitely not a certainty.

Yes but u know my bro will not sponser me for immigration petition i130 form . This can takes years as you said. He is going to sponser me with nonimmigration i134 form . Am not intend to live illigaly in the US . I go for short stay ( few weeks ) and come back.

In your openion which i appreciate it i can find out that there is no need for me to get a good job to increase my ties to italy . And my current ties being married and based to my husband's income are kinda strong enough.

You make it clear enough for me can u please last advice on which way to take.

Apply on my own and/or my bro sponser me to make a strong file to be submited to the US consulate.

That is the only way to apply for a B2.   There is no sponsorship for a B2.

See above

I134 is pointless. Don’t bother.

During the interview for B2 they usually even don't look at any documents only the form you filled out online which contains pretty basic questions. Moreover they get angry when people are too pushy and trying to show their connection to the country where they apply for visa.

They gonna ask questions about your trip to the USA and you have to be honest. That's it.

Just apply and you will find out.

No, not every CO at every consulate gets annoyed by this. I never had a problem offering my docs and having them looked at at any of the 4 tourist visa interviews I attended for myself. I suspect embassies which are not inundated with tourist visa applications are more patient with applicants. OP is applying from a VWP country, so the embassy is probably not particularly busy (a notion supported by the fact that Rome only has a 2 calendar day wait to get a B visa interview).

Good luck OP, let us know how it turns out.

The i-134 form made for sponsoring a relative and cover his/her traveling and staying costs  for a specified short period of time etc...

As i mentioned above i have no work no bank statment . So i think i will need financial assest.

What do you think ?

There is no sponsorship for a B-2.  The I-134 is not used for B visas.

how is it possible that as an adult, you do not have a bank account?

She has legal residence and a EU national spouse in Italy, I don’t think it’s true to say she has “no ties”. Probably a better chance than applying from Morocco. Maybe even significantly better chance.
But agree that invitations etc is useless.

From the Department of State (DOS) directly: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit/visitor.html

Note: Visa applicants must qualify on the basis of the applicant's residence and ties abroad, rather than assurances from U.S. family and friends. A letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support is not needed to apply for a visitor visa. If you choose to bring a letter of invitation or Affidavit of Support to your interview, please remember it is not one of the factors used in determining whether to issue or deny the visa.

You think so ?

Please tell me how can i up my chances . What you suggest to me to do in this case to avoid the visa to be denied.

What about these ties :

- Age

- Married to an austerian for 5+ years

- Legally residential in italy

- Traveled 3 round trips from italy to morocco in the past 5 years.

- Never seen my bro for 7+ years.

All of these things do not matter to the officer who interviews you. The main question in their minds will be if you are granted a visitor visa to the United States, what is the likelihood that you will stay in the US and never return to your home country? That is what they are looking for. Can you prove that you have MUST return to Italy? What would bring you back to Italy? You don't have a job, no bank account, no land ownership, and no real reason to return. If I was the person conducting the interview, the evidence before me would show that it is likely that you could stay in the States after your visitor visa expires. I would deny it. The evidence you have provided so far doesn't show STRONG TIES to your home country.

She's married and she lives in a first world country and she can go live in any EU country she wants to. Why would she go and be an illegal immigrant in the US? She's not super young either.
