Hey guys, I just got DQed! I submitted on December 18th, so it took a little under two months.

I'm very happy about it but also a little nervous. It's weird finally getting something when you've been long waiting for it.

Congratulations!!!! Ive been following your case since we're both in Brazil. I got set back due to the police record not being the right one........the Delegada wasng very helpful, but I think we got the right one now. Do you have an interview date?

We got our case created and we received an email. But we have never received a "welcome letter"'.

Something we will have to solve before the itw at the Embassy.

USCIS - FILING FOR I-751 (CR1)

May 21st 2022 : package sent (with Fedex / Delivered on May 23rd)

May 27th 2022: case received with Receipt # (NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER)

May 31st 2022: NOA received. I-797 (24months extension)

June 11th 2022: NOA for a Biometrics appointment (set for June 30th - need to reschedule it - not in the US on that day! 😱)

June 14th 2022: walk in at the Center - all went well. Biometrics done!

December 8th 2022: Received a Notice of Action. I-751 APPROVED! 🎉

December 10th 2022: New GreenCard received in the mail 🥳

Hi Alix! The case number email is the “welcome letter”. So it’s fine, nothing to solve for the interview :)

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the digital photo.

I had the photo taken professionally and they sent a digital image. But when i open and upload the imagine on the website it is much lager than 2”x2” . It is the right pixels 600x600 and 159KB.  Am I doing something wrong here, or does it just appear larger on my screen? Thanks for any help! Also if it’s digital, then just one photo is necessary or must I scan it as well?

Congrats!! That was a fast DQ!

Thank you so much🙌 🙌

Yea we checked the documents like millions of times before we submitted them LOL Because we were so traumatized from the wait time in Nebraska (13 months for approval), so we spent extra efforts to make sure there's no more delay

Hope all of you who're still waiting can get a fast DQ too!

As long as the pixels and the size are right, it doesn't matter how it appears on your screen, considering everybody has different types of monitors. We just uploaded the digital form only

Yeah, we were stuck at Nebraska as well — submitted to NVC on Dec 25th, so anxiously awaiting DQ 🙃

Ok thank you Iscir.

I remember seeing some VJ members posting their "welcome letter" and it was actually written "WELCOME LETTER" while ours is different. It is called "notice of immigrant visa case creation". Anyway, we will see, it's no big deal as long as they review our file and of course DQ it asap 😉

Have a good day/evening

Alix
