Hi , we got all documents accepted yesterday

Submitted 11/15

Status: At NVC.

But we also received a message asking for my divorce final documents wich I have in hand .

My question Is this the same as DQ or do we have to wait 6 weeks again.

Thank you for your help.

Does anyone know if I need to submit the tax transcript for the past 3 years? I submitted tax returns and transcripts for 2018 and 2017 but for 2016 I only submitted the return (no transcript available).

Unfortunately not DQ. It’s only DQ once they have all the documents and accept them all without asking for any additionals. The clock starts over :( We are still waiting, submitted our additional requested doc on Dec 18

I have seen some filers approved quick after re-submission, which makes sense to me as they checked all the documents already and to check one doc will be pretty quick. Good luck to you. My submission date is Dec 5 so need to wait 3 more to week to hear anything.

Yes even though it says accepted it’s still not DQ since they requested that additional doc. Only once they review and approve the additional doc will you get DQ. All our documents got accepted too but because they requested an additional document we have to wait all over again with no DQ yet. If you go under where you had to submit the additional doc you’ll see that that doc says “submitted” even though on home page it says “accepted”, it’s the sam on ours too but we’re not DQ because of that one requested document
