We had to introduce her to it, and she jumped off the first time, reluctant miu man.

However, she's now glued to it, ecstatic miu man.

Cat T-B. has become demanding in regard to her food, discriminating miu man.

 -- she ate the first Many (2+1 or 2+2) cans of something we'd gotten for her, but won't touch any more, no miu man

 -- she ate the first pound of expensive dry diabetic food, but won't eat much more of it, reject miu man

 -- when we played "hardball" re the above, she tore up stuff on kitchen counter trying to eat it instead, eat miu man

 -- she has taken to jumping on our dinner table and aggressively trying to share, familial miu man

Informed Mini-B. that we knew where Mrs. T-B. probably was, usual caucus location for she man.

Informed Mini-B. that we would take spare keys and go on safari, find she man.

Mini-B. agreed with this, agree wee with we man.

 

No trace of Mrs. T-B. at usual caucus site, no she man.

Returned to casa, return we man.

Saw Mrs.-T-B.-mobile in garage, back she man.

 

Mini-B. had begun homework, and Mrs. T-B. was in kitchen, full complement man.

Mrs. T-B. said, "It had fallen over in my car and I didn't see it," some excuse man.

20 week ultrasound today and met with the doctor after, but of course chaos ensued. Scan was going fine, I had to pee the whole time but they wanted a full bladder. Baby was not being cooperative with positions so we didn't get many good pictures. We found out we're having a girl. After the scans they have us go back to an exam room to discuss what they were seeing in the pictures. While we are waiting for the doctor we start hearing beeping in clusters of three. It sounds like a door bell. They don't stop. After about 10-15 minutes of it going off, one of the nurses opens the door and said "hey guys, we're going to need you to evacuate into the hallway". We head out to the hall. Then we're told to go outside, so we go down three flights of stairs. The fire alarms stop. We head back up three flights of stairs. We're told we need to go back down. So back down three flights of stairs. Five minutes later its confirmed we can go back up. So back up three flights of stairs and into the exam room. Doctor comes in to meet with us. She says that baby is measuring 10 days behind the EDD and 5 days behind the first scan (I have a medical condition that would make this not uncommon). She also says since baby was not cooperative for pictures that they couldn't see the brain or heart structures as well as they'd like. They are doing a referral to a high risk doctor to get a second opinion on both those things just so it doesn't get overlooked. I was in a panicked tizzy a few hours ago, but I'm feeling much calmer and I think it will all be okay. Baby girl is moving around like crazy all the time and her heart rate was good and strong.

Wow what pain going up and down the 3 flights of stairs. 

In Canada I had to have a full bladder but here they wanted it empty. It's strange but they did get great shots so maybe that has something to do with it?

Later ultrasounds are notorious for being inaccurate with due dates. Babies grow at different rates that is why they should not change due dates based on later ultrasounds. 

It's pretty common that the OB's office ultrasound tech to not get any good pictures. Babies like to wiggle. The high risk doctor in my experience is much better at getting the shots plus he did it himself vs a tech. Hopefully that will be your experience as well.
