Hello, Congratulations!!! I'm in the UK too and the I-129F was filed at the end of December. Did you meet your fiancee online like I did? Because I heard that meeting them online makes an RFE more likely. Thank you and best wishes!

When you went to your Medical exam did you take the attachment on the email sent to you from the NVC which has your case number on it? And how long did it take from when they told you your case was ready for you to receive a letter from the Embassy? Thank you!!!

Hi Ella & James, I made the appointments after receiving the email, my letter had arrived by the time of attending the medical so I took that with me. It took a few weeks between the email & the letter arriving. Hope this helps & good luck.

Do you know how you'll get all your belongings over to the US, or a good shipping company? I'm taking as much as I can on the aeroplane but I don't know how I'll get the rest shipped over there.

I'm afraid I can't be much help in this case as I only brought an extra suitcase of clothes(& personal items) with me.

Hi! I got approved today. Did you receive your visa yet? How soon after you got approved did the status change, and where did you check the status? Also, do you know if when the visa is delivered to your address if you have to show ID and sign for it? Thank you so much for your help!

Hey that's great news, so pleased for you. I chose to pick my visa up from the depot, I did need to take id to get it, it took a couple of weeks as I recall.

Did you file for the EAD and AP at the same time as your AOS?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
