Oh yes. I’m very thankful for the fact that It only took me 97 days from NOA1 to my interview. I know so many here wait literally years. I’m just ranting about it cause it’s not something I can control.

We would have had a nearly perfect Sunday but for having to leave the casa late, almost man.

Had to gas the running-on-fumes Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, like a broken record man.

We had queried Mrs. T-B. twice daily about her gassy status, know her well we man.

Mrs. T-B. consistently declared that all was well, until the last time,  man.

 

Other than this, we subdued the usual (heavy-weekend) Many (2+2) laundry loads, conquer we man.

We did forget the fabric sheets on one dryer load, don't give us any static man.

Oh, and we caucused with our neurologist a few days ago, follow-up caucus we with he man.

 

He said that we could continue on the merry-go-round of shots, fizzicle therapy, Heap Strong Medicine, and home exercise, si and sigh man.

It depends on our tolerance of our symptoms, getting very old man.

 

Or, we could undergo a partial laminotomy, which has a very high success rate, potential relief man.

(We didn't ask him about potential reincarnation as an invertebrate, no man.)

 

We shall caucus with a neurosurgeon (who has operated on neurologist's family) on Feb. Many'th, caucus we man.

Of course, we can't find our MRI CD anywhere, drat man.

Meanwhile, we shall take some HSM at bedtime, knock ourself out we man.

I hope you can find a great neurosurgeon TBone, and it's no time  to choose the cheapest.

 

I have been in football Hades. Himself has a a decent computer he built a couple of years ago. Yesterday it threw its toys out of the pram, and I could really hear a loud grinding noise, which he could not. He has a bad fan. Which will take time to arrive here, like a week at best.

 

As he can't see well enough any longer to take the thing apart, I got play by play instructions. I am no tech person, but I did get it apart, and the fan reordered, and put back together. That thing was so dusty, seriously bad, I hope cleaning it up would have helped, but no. Still grinding away.

 

The pregame football had already started, and we have no TV here. He had planned to watch it on the computer, but as that wasn't working, so I let him sit at my desk. I had no idea this was going to turn into an all day event. He was still sat there when I went to bed. 

 

I don't understand American football. It had to be loud so he could hear it, having dropped his earbuds into his cup of coffee. Herself and I retreated to the outdoors to get away from it for a bit. 71 here yesterday, and snow in the forecast for Thursday.

 

His vision has gone well down since December. He can't read at all now for one, and it is making him very short tempered. The postman delivered the new tablet I ordered for him this morning, my very old IPad wouldn't support Audible. I hope to heaven it helps. Grumpy Old Man. With good reason, but still.

Looks good. 

I make my kids cakes and they love them. Even if I'm not the best decorator.
