The approvals are great, but now everything is getting hung up in the NVC phase, and the Embassies aren't scheduling interviews. I would have almost preferred a delay so that the NOA2 expirations don't come into question.

Keep checking your embassy's website and complete the DS-160, pay your fee and then see if your embassy has opened their interview schedule. Some have for J, J and AG. They do say you may experience a termination if the world doesn't start opening.

What do you mean "you may experience a termination?" That they just cancel your application even after USCIS approval?

Hi everyone, this is the only place that I could write for support. I have been feeling very depressed about all the uncertainties. I am a nurse here in the States, so being in the frontlines has itself been quite mentally draining. To top it off, I havnt seen my fiance in months (hes in Germany) and the fact that I dont know when im going to see him again has made me feel extremely helpless. any support or encouragement would be appreciated.

@Feri Soon, everything will be okay. You’ll gonna look back to this one day and smile, because of how strong you were. Take it one day at the time, and allow yourself to feel sad or upset sometimes because it’s normal. Don’t give up! You can do this! 💜

@Feri Hang in there dear. This is a very difficult period. Try to talk with your boyfriend as often as possible. A little exercise helps. I am in a similar situation , but I try to think that when we survive this uncertain period, we will come out of it a stronger couple. This too shall pass. Hugs.
