In general, yes.  It will take a lot of work, several visits over the course of the period between filing the I130 and visa interview will look better than only one single visit etc.  Additionally, extensive commingling of the marriage financially will look better.

Good Luck!

Three times before you filed the I-130? Does she plan to visit again? Will she be there when you have your interview appointment? The more visits, the better the chance of approval.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

For now, her coming back here will be based on the outcome of the interview at the embassy...money spent on flight and all that is much.. If the interview is approved then so be it but if it's delayed she planned on coming and staying for 6month which I hope it doesn't get to that.. She won't be here for the interview because we got to know that they don't allow anyone else to enter the embassy in my country apart from applicant

My timeline is up to date... We are still in Nebraska.... 346days.. She has been here 3times within a year and she is ready to moved here but moving down here is a very tedious process which we have to put on hold till after my interview

What consulate are you going through?

As mentioned earlier, keep up with the visits together.

Presumably she filed as married on her US taxes?

Lagos is not easy to go through...what evidence of a bonafide marriage do you have?

Has she ever filed for anyone else (ie. a previous fiancee or spouse) before you?

She put you, in Nigeria, on her pest control bill and other bills that you have no accountability for?
Those things mean nothing at this point.

Banking?  Financial co-mingling?  Anything like that?  She have access to your accounts?  You have access to hers?

You'll likely need more visits, more time spent together in person, to get through Lagos successfully and get a visa approved.  In addition to more time spent together, you'll need better evidence of financial co-mingling than a pest control bill.  Will, living will, power of attorney, shared bank accounts, joint ownership of assets, joint credit card account, beneficiaries on each other's retirement accounts, investment accounts, life insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, taxes filed as married jointly, all the things normal married couples do.  With only three visits, and getting married on the first visit, with a big age gap, high-fraud Nigeria, and very weak financial co-mingling evidence, in my opinion you'll be denied unless things change significantly.  She may have to move to Nigeria to live with you if you're denied and you want to live together.  Good luck!
