Any update on your NOA? I just called them and no update for me, no tier 2 available and they are off tomorrow...

the drama continues.  Anyone have this happen?

They finally texted us and cashed our check....a full 30 days after they received it....for our i-485.  Wonderful holiday gift, right?

not so fast....yestarday in the mail they sent us back our application for i-765 because the last 3 pages were left out (the ones about did you use a lawyer, did you use an interpreter, blah blah blah) which were irrelevent and would have been left blank anyway.  Ok fair but not fair, I get it, story of my life.

But there was also another paragraph stating "improper or missing filing fee"  ####### they cashed our check plus its all included in the low price of $1225!  Called USCIS and pretty much they were no help so today a level too will call me back in ...  wait for it ... 512 minutes.  Yes folks you heard correct 512 minutes.  Which I doubt anyone will be there it being NYE..

I know this is a simple fix but its soooo frustrating especially since we already waited 30 days for the i-485 package to be accepted!  Anyone else have this happen and if so how was it handled?

Thanks and Happy blessed NEW YEAR to everyone!

Well, I was just told they are not working today... interesting. But anyway, when I was waiting for tier 2 last time it said 430 minutes (which is about 7 hours) but they called after about 3.5, so there's still a chance for you today

¿Alguna actualización sobre tu NOA ? Acabo de llamarlos y no hay actualizaciones para mí, no hay nivel 2 disponible y están fuera mañana ...

Still nothing, I sent a request for help to the ombudsman, to see if they can help me, I do not understand why they make that difference with the packages, I hope that in January we can have good news

I know how you feel... absolutely ridiculous and there's nothing we can do about it. Reading here that people sent packets as late as the 24th and received an NOA and we haven't is just infuriating... feeling so helpless though. Hope for good news for both of us soon.

Could the part about incorrect filing fee be an error? I don’t think they will even cash the check if the fee wasn’t correct?

I think the post office lost the biometrics appointment letter. I have Usps informed delivery and got an email with the scanned version of the letter but I still haven’t gotten it. It has been more than 10 days at this point, and we are freaking out that we might miss the biometrics appointment. When we call uscis, they tell us there’s nothing that was sent out. Anyone who’s been in this situation? We don’t know what to do.

Random question but my husband’s visa expired September 6 but his passport is still valid can we travel domestically with his Noa1 letter even though the visa is expired

We sent in AOS package on 20th Dec to Chicago Lockbox, they received and signed for it on the 21st.

We were emailed on 2nd Jan at 10:28pm that all 4 documents were approved (130,864,765,485).

My priority date is 23rd Dec and I’m literally breathing easier 😅

I did not submit my medical, I’m waiting until they request it and we paid by PO Money Order, we tried checking the site to see if it was cashed but absolutely no update, if you go that route please submit the Form G1145 for emails and texts.

We hope everyone else has a smooth intake 😊

Yes, that shouldn’t be an issue as long as you have the Original NOA1... Safe travels!!!

Corrections: (130,131,765,485) and I saw the text this morning. My wife did not know at first who they were from until I told her.

They also accepted the Fingerprint Fees for the Biometrics yesterday. Now, we await their instructions and hope to get it before Jan 22 ☺️

Happy New Year 🎈🎊🎆
