My case status just got updated.  I guess they took my fingerprints from the I-485 files since the biometrics were canceled due to COVID-19.

thanks for the update. I think they might have been starting to look at Nov cases now, I see a lot of approval for Sep cases already in this forum.

I called them yesterday to see if my cases moved to a local office, the first associate transferred me to the next level or second level associate, the second associate was really pissed that I called bcz it was not 18 months yet 😇

they have been moving our Texas Service Center(SRC) cases to local offices for faster processing, so I just wanted to check lol

My I-751 dates:

Received date: 11/20/2019

Notice date: 11/25/2019

Bio metric taken on 01/24

Good luck everyone! Hopefully the Nov cases will also get approved before the offices open in June.

I don’t see anything on the new website besides ‘we received your case’ status. That’s why I called to see if there were any updates, but he was kept telling me if my case moved to a local office I would be the first person to know. When I said ‘but how?’, lol, he said they would let me know via mail. He was really pissed, so I didn’t ask him any more questions.

For SRC, between Apr 21 and today, I see they approved cases from late April, May, June, July, Aug, and started approving Sep cases now. In this rate hopefully they would clear Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec in next 15 days — may be it’s too much wishful thinking, we will see 🤞

California service center here and no updates what so ever, just my NOA 1 since early November. Glad some of you are getting something, don't think we will though. Although it would be nice if they did. Not getting my hopes up.

Got notice in the mail that they’re using my Biometrics from my AOS

Nebraska Service Center.

I really hope they’ll be approving a lot of cases significantly faster than usual as I’m sure they have an insane backlog right now!

Hi All.
i sent my i-751 packet last Nov 11,2019 to Dallas Texas and got the NOA Nov 18,2019.

today, May 26,2020 I got an email update that my new card is being produced for my I751 application.   This seems bizarre because of the USCIS policy change where they will almost always require an interview before card can be produced. Does anybody have similar experience? Also, im so surprised how fast it has been processed (6 months) given the covid situation. Should i call USCIS to confirm?
thank you

The rules changed temporarily because of covid-19. Many people who normally wouldn't be approved without an interview have been approved without one.

Since USCIS can't conduct interviews they decide to go back to the "old ways" (from 2018 and back) where you can get approved without interview for both AOS and ROC. Otherwise they would have a TON of cases piling up waiting for an interview.

You're  also not the only November case approved, so I bet it's correct, no need to call them. Congrats!

Hi guys,

please what hat does that mean when your case is transfer to Vermont ?

I applied on 5/20/2020.

On 6/13/2020 I called USCIS call center in NYC the agent told me my I-485 has been rejected and mailed on 6/11/2020.

On 6/15/2020 my attorney received a mail from USCIS as a receipt for my I-360 widow.

I called today 6/16/2020 The agent told me my case has been transferred to Vermont and they don’t have anymore informations on my case as it is mark that my case contains sensitive informations that can’t be release. What does that mean ? What is Vermont center as well ? What is the difference when your case is transfer?

Sorry for all the questions.
