Feb 23rd for me... I also filed I-129f but that hasn't updated.

Many thanks for your reply! 🙂 I will ask my husband to check our case when he’s awake (Still early in LA!) surely movement is a good thing - if anything it means it isn’t just sat in a pile?

No problem! That’s true. Any movement is definitely better than no movement at all. Let us know if u have any update once ur husband checks.

Yes - our date has also changed to 23rd February and still ‘in process’. I have a pang of excitement! 😄

Lol. I understand. I was excited too when I saw it. But I’m not sure if it means anything since so many ppl have gotten the same date change. I’m so confused.

I know it’s bad and I shouldn’t get my hopes up, but my husband is egging my excitement on! My guess is that we’ve all been put in ‘to do’ piles with officers. In any which way, it’s progress!

When all service centers move fully to just IOE, it wouldn't be uncommon to get approval within 3 months of filing.

 

That's what IOE is originally intended to do.

Yes, that is my suspicion as well!  Lets hope so!  My date changed to Feb 23, 2020 also.  My wife and I are very excited!

I guess we’ll have to wait and find out. So many ppl had the Feb 23/Feb 24 date change, but nobody knows why. It’s confusing, but there’s no way to find out the reason for it.
