So how do you explain the rise in these shoplifting rings related to what I am sure was considered a very progressive proposition in CA?

I don't, I already told this thread I am getting my nails done this afternoon and don't have time for analysis.  Do you have data?

Basically what Prop. 47 did is that it changed many felonies in to misdemeanors such as possession, robbery, larceny for short. So you have people commuting crimes and are basically getting only a ticket if anything. So this changed how cops can do enforce the law because there is no incentive for them to bring a guy in for something when that person will only be let out in a few hours. So many of them stopped responding to smaller calls.

Basically Prop 47, 57, and AB 109 hurt regular people

Yes , I caught the gist of the implication, Bill and Katya asked me to explain it, and I am honestly too lazy to gather the data.

Can you get me your summary analysis?  I don't have time to do all of that reading, and I have a nail appointment.

Liberal cities are in serious decline due to economies and lack of infrastructure.

Fax don't matter to liberals.  But getting nails done ranks WAY up there, eh?

Any woman that pays someone else to paint their nails ain't worth their weight in salt.  Just sayin'...

I've always been clumsy. Why do a bad job for myself when I can pay someone else to do it nicely? Also, I'm a capitalist and I like propping up the local nail economy. :)

Besides, I enjoy being talked about in another language and then being grilled about relationship and child status.  "How come....."

Well, my dad pays a gardener to do everything more than mowing the lawn, for example, and he takes his car to a mechanic who specializes in Mercedes biodiesels for oil changes. I don't see how that's much different than me getting my nails done every couple of weeks. I don't have dragon lady nails; I keep them short and nude, so if the ballerina pink or whatever chips slightly, it's not obvious. It's not like I get gels or anything that requires a lot of upkeep.
