Hi all! I'm a late november filler. I just got the NOA1 on the mail but i noticed they didn't have any priority date, is that normal? or when do they assign you a priority date? Thanks!

Good luck to everyone!

We finally got a message that the case was accepted and case numbers issued. The package was delivered to Chicago on November 14th. They certainly took their time, almost a month. I started thinking that it was lost.

You know how USCIS works nothing has changed since your K1, they work on their schedule and not ours! Glad you got your numbers!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

Yeah, I understand. It was weird, cause when I we called USCIS customer service 2 days ago, they said that no package was received and no case numbers issued, advised to contact the lockbox through the email to start the investigation of the lost case. That was misleading. Well, it’s all good now, they even cashed the checks this morning.

Hey, pls what uscis no did you contact? I'm about to start an investigation through usps cos I think my case is missing. Package got to the lockbox on the 19th of Nov. and nothing has been heard since then.

First, call USCIS customer service and ask about your case. If they can’t find it, send email to lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov and provide them with all the details. Please refer to https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/directorates-and-program-offices/lockbox-intake/lockbox-intake-processing-tip-sheet

It's been 30days and I haven't got any notification that my AOS has been received. I have called USCIS, sent a mail to the lockbox and I'm still yet to get a notification. What do I do next? I'm confused

What did USCIS customer service told you over the phone? They can’t find your case? Lockbox email should get you response within 30days. At least that’s what the lockbox is saying. I would wait a little more, see the response from lockbox and, just in case, be prepared to send the package again. Are you sure that package was delivered? Maybe it make sense to contact the company who delivered it, like fedex, ups. I don’t know what else to advise you.

Biometrics completed .. let’s join hands together as we hope and pray for a Christmas miracle that all of us here get our green cards before they even issue our combo cards especially those of us that filed in New York.
