Oh one more

thing in the evidence letter the lawyer did write that I will be visiting again in the fall and winter.

Hopefully that saves me.

You really don't need " Saving" per say. sounds like you are on the right track, its good the other trips were mentioned, and if you can give her copies of boarding passes, and entry and exit stamps out of your passport at the interview, better still. Even better if you can be there for the interview, and she can take your passport in as evidience of visits, and that you are there now with her. That is like a big plus, and will benefit you.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

There is no requirement for multiple visits for approval of the I-129.......Having made multiple visits will be a factor for the consulate officer to consider at your fiance's interview for approval of the visa (not the I-129F).

Hopefully not too many photos of the Engagement parties. That is the only issue you could have. Many, Many people have gotten denied because they looked to married for the K1. Maybe review those photos and see if you think they look too much like a wedding, and judge for yourself.

I put photos of both engagements. And photos of me and her together. Me and her family. Cousins.. sight seeing.

I assumed the lawyer would know what is good or bad. I sent all the pictures and he picked which ones to use.

Do these engagement photos look like marriage photos?  @Jeanne Adil

Ok, sounds good. the photos with the family are good, as it shows you have met the family. Sightseeing photos is good, just anything showing you standing next to each other all dressed up looking like a ceremony could be an issue.

I didn’t know a ceremony qualifies you as married. I thought marriage is a legal definition.

Like you have to

sign papers saying you are married.

I know, I thought the same thing, either your married or not, I didn't think there was a grey area in that respect. But do a search on here for " looking too married for a K1" and you will see the horror stories. I was going to do a big engagement party after I filed the K1, but canceled that right away after reading about the problems it can cause with the K1 process.

Does she (and her family) know that the wedding will have to happen in the United States? No mock wedding, and no religious or legal ceremony in Morocco until you are married in the US.

Yes and that is exactly why there was twp

enagement parties. The plan was to have the engagement with her family and the wedding with my family. As realistically both can not attend each one.
