Don't  worry to much about the money part I'm sure your petitioner has everything under control.

For those who have just filed your I-129f application with USCIS, this thread has been created for your needs and to be with others experiencing different aspects of this journey. This is a place to ask questions and to share experiences. All are here to learn together. Good luck because this is a long process currently running 5-6 months from filing date for your NOA2 approval.

Thanks, our packet was sent today.

Hi good morning or afternoon.

Please I have received a letter from the NVC and it says my approved form i-129f will be sent to the Ghana consulate and they'll send me a packet. Please can I go ahead and file the form ds-160 online or I should wait until I hear from the consulate before. And also will I need a Bank statement for a k1 interview?

If yes is it my own statement or one from my petitioner.

Please I need your help.

Thank you

Visit your country thread and ask those questions there. Much better chance of correct information  from people from your same country thread.
