We got the interview scheduled notice on October 1st and 2 weeks later still haven't received the letter in the mail.

Those who recently got scheduled, how many days did it take to receive the letter?

I'm worried, because normally they schedule 1 month out so we are likely close to the actual date of the interview...

9 days. Status updated September 16th, and we got the letter on the 25th.

Hope you get your letter soon. Do you have USPS informed delivery?

Same happened to me, I called uscis and I found out they made a mistake with my address. You can call them and ask to speak to a tier 2 officer about it.

i called them. the guy says he can see the interview scheduled updated, but the letter was not generated/sent out, that's why we haven't received anything.

I submitted an online request also on USCIS to track on the status and advise we haven't got the letter.

I wait another 10 calendar days to see what their response is going to be.

The address on file was correct, so that is not the issue....very strange that they scheduled 2 weeks ago and not mailed anything.

Hi everyone, I had my interview schedule to last March 18 (Oakland Park - FL), due to COVID-19 was canceled.

In August my husband called to USCIS and try to see why you don’t have received nothing after the office start back. They said, we supposed to be the first on schedule to the interview, but they can not give us a date. So, what they did was send an e-mail to us office in Oakland Park - FL, the answer was automatically in week - they received was case, the process status “ready to schedule an interview “.

So, 2 weeks after receive that answers, I got a notification that my interview was scheduled for today, October 14th.
The interview was really nice, the Officer just asked for us to show documents (to me was my passport, after asked if I have drivers license ) , so he did a few questions (about 6 from the 80) from the form I-485.
Interview Questions:

to my husband:

1. What’s your husband date of birthday?

2. Where he was born?
3. What is his parents name’s?

To Me:

1. What is your address?
2. What’s your husband full name?
3. What’s your husband  was born?

4. What’s is husband date of  birthday?

The office doesn’t asked me about any documents. So, he said: you will receive your G.C in about 3 weeks and in 2 years have to you have to apply to Remove conditions.

Good Luck for everyone.

Had my interview yesterday. It was a very pleasant experience at the local office.

Was expecting to see new status update today, but nothing so far.

Also, I was a bit worried about my former CCP membership issue, but looks like my officer was very understanding for my situation.

Yes, but it was more of a friendly conversation, questions casually asked.

We even got this question: was there resistance from my family? As it turns out, the officer's wife is also from my country so he was curious about that lol

Hi everyone. Just wanted to ask if anyone here filed on exactly 180 days before their EAD/AP expired? Or if anyone got their approval already for the renewal, how long did it take to get it? Appreciate any info. Thank you!

Hey guys, just wanted to share an update. My EAD (new card being produced) and AP (approved status) renewal just got approved today. I applied early July 2020

Hi! Did you have to pay any fees for the renewal? Also, did you file early on the 180-day mark?

No need to pay fees (yet) for renewal if you show proof of pending AOS with NOA receipt notice.

You’re welcome! Yes, we did file already. In our case we were planning to do it within two weeks after the 180-day mark. However, we got delayed and mailed it 4.5 months (around 140 days) away from the expiration date. Most people have gotten their renewals within 2 months and/or gotten a letter for AOS interview after submission of renewal.

Did your status on the I-485 change yet?

I was told to expect "something" in the mail in 3 weeks after my interview but the I-485 status is still "Interview scheduled"...
