I mean how early? Once the open at 7am Eastern Time? I always call around 8am and nothing.

I called this morning at 7:20am EST was on hold for 20 mins and got a rep.

Yeah it said that to me too and I ignored it a pushed #7 I was on hold for 20 mins and got a rep when supposedly they said they were closed. Lol

They feel like they typed in the thread and it's our job to scroll through all the posts to see where they posted it. But they require all the help they want, but aren't willing to help themselves. People are less likely to assist if it requires excessive effort.  

I already ignore them when it comes to letting them know the first time
