Did you try to call or email Nebraska? Wondering if that helps to move things forward. Mine is 352 days so far. I'm kinda regretted that we didn't mail the k3, seems everyone who did it ended up getting a faster approval at Nebraska.

I did call. They gave me nothing. In fact worse than nothing, the guy said it could take 15 months for approval.

Mine shows no update on the website that it was touched; when I call they always tell me last update August 12 that it was touched for both of them, but on the website it still says 8/6/19 for the I129f and 3/2/19 for the I130

  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

 

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

 

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

 

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

My Case passed 355 days. Still nothing. I sent my I-129 on 08/27/2019. My PD for I-130 on 09/26/2018. You regretted not sent I-129, I scare I -129 make my case get worse lol.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully you see some updates soon. The long waiting process truely set back a lot of things. My husband was gonna call today, but I guess I'll ask him to save his efforts and time since it's not worthy lol

I have the same date as you for the I-129F. My I-130 date is 3/9/19. But both the old and new USCIS website just say case received. Your denial gives me hope I'll get one soon as well 😃

Visa Issued: Mar. 4, 2020
