Thank you. @Sarge2155 answered me too. This step is complete so now I just wait for the next one. I already started the I134 and got my tax transcripts. I think its best to wait to pull check stubs until its closer to time, so they are up to date.

Is there anything else I will need to do in my time of waiting for NVC case #?

Thats question i can't answer as i don't know your embassy's requirements nor do i know what you have done so far. Use the P3 letter as your checklist for the interview process.

This thread was created for those who are waiting for their NOA2 K-1 to their case assignment from NVC. Contained in the PDF below are many tips, tricks and hacks to help you along the way.

These are items that everyone asks for, so I thought I just post a PDF of them here for you to refer to when it's necessary.

I'm curious how is this thread a "little unstructured "? What improvements would you recommend?

Have you read the pdf file on the first page first post on this thread?

Have you found your sub-forum to begin asking questions specific to your embassy?

Just thoughts to stimulate your thinking.

I was approved July 1 (or June 28... I’ve seen both dates 🤷‍♀️). I called NVC today July 15 and they haven’t received it yet. i didn’t get through until about 6pm EST.  They said it can take up to 6 weeks.  I plan to try again next Monday, and probably every few days from there on out!

Going to take some time to gather my docs in preparation for the interview. Still have tot received the official letter, thus have not booked my interview yet.

Was wondering, does anyone know how long the police clearance is good for? Example, if I get it processed today and my interview is over 30 days away, will they still accept that?

I pray that we get out case number this week so we can make 23 shipment

It seems like a lot of others were receiving case numbers in 2 weeks this year but things have slowed down lately.  I’m not really counting on making the next shipment, but hopefully the one after that!
