Yes that is correct your NOA2 comes from the same place in this case California thus the prefix WAC. The WAC is USCIS assigned case number if you will. Now your next number will be totally different and that will be your NVC case number. Put your names where you lost me there, please clarify what you mean!

Thank you.

On the first page it says update your info with NVC. When I got to the page it ask for our names as they are on our passports. So I was trying to verify if it is last name first then first name and then middle name. Is that the format they are looking for. I hope that made more sense.

Hey, there. We got approved yesterday and we're over the moon. ❤️ I started reading all about the needed documents and I have a question about the financial proof. When the petitioner is making above the poverty line ( so no co-sponsor needed) what are the papers we're going to need?

1. I-130

2. W2 forms (2017 and 2018)

3. Pay slips / IRS transcripts

Am I missing anything? Thank you. 😊

I'm sorry. I meant form I-134 - the Affidavit of Support. I checked on the website of the US embassy in Bulgaria and it's on the list with all the papers I need. I saw that we need that one signed - so my finace is going to send it from the States. However, I think the other documents he can just email me. Right? 😃

I129F approved! Got the notice on the new website, nothing in the old site/app and no letter yet. Thankfully my fiance is here with me for another 3 weeks so we got it together. He'll be extra busy when he returns. He's ordering his ACRO today.

NOA1 April 4

NOA2 July 10

Beneficiary is from Northern Ireland, UK

This is what most embassy's are asking for:

EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form (https://www.uscis.gov/i-134) K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions – English (February 2014)  Page 3 of 9 with an original signature will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Get the IRS transcript in place of the actual 1040 here: https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript Use this link to determine the income levels needed https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p.

Because I am not totally familiar with how the "form" is asking for your names other then from your passport you can choose to use "exactly" the way the passport reads, so if your's is LName, FName and MName that is how you will complete it. If your passport is F, M and L then that's how you complete. Choice whish closely represents what order the form takes.

I finally made it. The old site was updated with my approval. I’ve already read the pdf and completed the inquiry. This is very exciting knowing that we are on to the next step of the process.

Thank you. @Sarge2155 answered me too. This step is complete so now I just wait for the next one. I already started the I134 and got my tax transcripts. I think its best to wait to pull check stubs until its closer to time, so they are up to date.

Is there anything else I will need to do in my time of waiting for NVC case #?
