"Didn't show" as you didn't bring it or as in they didn't ask for it?

If it's the former, then I would expect the same again. Refusal under INA 214(b) is typically a decision based upon one's circumstances as noted on the DS-160 + any interview questions.

I'm unaware of what documents would show that you intend to return home, nor how a CO could verify their authenticity on the spot.

 

Don't get me wrong...you are free to apply again and I wish you luck. If asked what has changed, you can mention your documents. I'm not convinced that would sway them, but that's the honest answer so that's what to go with.

I just want you to frame the answer for me...As in, what have changed about your situation? I'll be ready to answer all their questions they will ask, but I don't know how to tackle that particular question.

But we don't know the answer.

YOU are the only person who knows what changed about your situation since you last applied. We don't know. They didn't believe that you have enough ties to your country... so what changed now in this regards? This is pretty easy question UNLESS nothing actually changed.

It’s not just you. The amount of people rushing into the process without knowing 80% of it, asking if they can just aos during a visit, or trying to find loopholes or being stubborn about answers has increased massively.

 

 

with that said like Roel said, you’re the only one who can answer the question. If your situation hasn’t changed then be honest but also be aware they are looking for you to have things like, owner properties, maybe taking leave of your job with your job giving you papers showing your expected return date, things like that.

 

if you just rent, have little to no family, own no properties, or have a long term job, you generally don’t have enough to establish ties to your country.

Brother , this question is referring your past and now the present .

(1) Imaging you have no any child with your wife before and now you do have a child , is part of the change.

(2) she don't have a house of her own but now she do , is part of the change.

(3) you never have a bank account together but now you both do have account together , is part of the change.

ETC , ETC .

So just look at it and say something BRO.
