To be honest I don' trust the lawyers any more. I had errors in every single stage.

They have to correct it with in days, but not months and years!

The most important thing for you to do now is going to your local USCIS office, bring your marriage certificate to make sure they have the correct date and get the I-551 stamp.

I've asked the Mods to  merge this thread with your existing one as it helps members when all info is in one place.

Your replacement is due to DHS error---pretty straightforward, so shouldn't be any issues.

So guys, I called USCIS now and  they filed the request for me to find out if it was an error or not. I will get an official notice with the confirmation if it is a mistake or not within 5 business days. The operator said that if it is an error, it will negatively impact my case in future if I don't do any actions to fix it.

Yes, you should fix it.......there is no reason to carry around a 2 year conditional card if you are rightfully a 10 year card holder.  Example, you would have problems re-entering the US once that 2 year card expires.

Wow!  I think that’s the first time I’ve heard of USCIS doing anything in 5 days.

Well, wait now...they SAID it would take 5 days....USCIS always seems to work off a different calendar than the rest of the US 😛

But it is just a confirmation that it was a mistake, because the phone operator could not tell me right away... I will still have to go through a long process.
