Ah right, thank you! I didnt realize that stuff pertains to something that is not applicable to me.

Seriously. Why don't USCIS/DOS create 3 sections: Immigrant visas, Non-immigrant visas, Fiance(e) visas? So that one knows where to find all info that is applicable to their case and doesn't need to puzzle out all the info that is not applicable. It would make the process sooooo much more understandible. And they wouldn't need to deal with confused people. Just make the info clear.

I'm the only one here dealing with crazy, lazy, confused and ill informed people. 🤔

The answer to the question is they own the gold so they get to make the rules.

@Greenbaum do you have a P3 for Russia?

Information needed for the interview
https://ru.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/fiancee-visa/the-interview/
http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/index.html?firstTime=No Information needed for the interview http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/ru-iv-typek.asp Russian Portal here on VJ https://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Russia&cty=Moscow Your sub-forum for questions specifically for Russia. This is where you need to go now. https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/98-russia-ukraine-and-belarus/

If you find anything not up to date or the information is wrong, please share your findings. Please compare the date of the P3 of mine with the date from your copy, once you receive yours from your embassy. Keep in mind that I try and be factual with my information, but I can't do it on my own and that's where you come in and can give back to the community that comes behind you. Without others ahead of you I would not be able to provide this to you.  I can only share factual information if folks like you continue to be my eyes and ears for your embassy. I wish you much success in your visa journey.

Yeah, their game, their rules for sure. But if the whole process was more transparent and easy-to-understand, it would eventually make matters easier for USCIS, too. So I was thinking about their well-being😜

Or they should be paying you for taking a whole lot of workload off their shoulders!

So excited, we are "in transit" as well. Hopefully, all goes well seeing we have the interview on August 20th lol. Talk about an aggressive timeline lol.

Nice! I'm "jealous" you were able to schedule your interview already...I have to wait till my case reaches the embassy.

Keep trying through out the day. Expand your dates by a day or two and see if you have better luck.

@Greenbaum Will do! :D

In the meantime, after my case file departed from the NVC yesterday, I was able to log into the https://ais.usvisa-info.com and pay the visa fee. As soon as the September slots will open, I'll be booking my interview! :D

Works for me now; shows 3 packages being shipped to Kyiv, Ukraine (one of them must be yours, @wintermute10), but the status is "Shipment information received" 🙁
