Hi guys! Is there anyone here like me, who’s still waiting for response of NOA1? Feeling worried here, cuz it seems that everyone is getting the response either RFE or NOA2. My fiance received noa1 on May21

On average the NOA2's are getting release around 90 days and your right at 88 days. Now does that mean Monday you will get a NOA2. Can't say and no one can say. Then it's another 30 days to NVC then another 2 weeks at NVC before the case number is released. Other things can happen but I leave that to you to read and begin to follow along. Download the pdf in the first post of this thread.

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline OR your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine their Embassy. The country that should be used is the country where the interview will take place.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Once you finish that then return and you will see a flag in your profile. Select it and see what wonderful information will open up for you.

Thanks

There is no reason to be concerned you are with in normal processing. You can't compare yourself to others because you are different ppl, different culture, different background checks, different embassy's and therefor should not expect to be the same as everyone else.

You can check my post history for more detail, but I just missed one yes/no question on the I-129f form.

The RFE was just a paper with that question, I checked the “no” box, and sent it back in their pre-addresses envelope. I’m pretty sure they had already “approved” my petition, I just made one dumb mistake they couldn’t accept.

That was amazingly fast....  Good for you!  Were you notified via the case status online?  I've seen where it has taken longer than that just to have their status updated to RFE Response Received, much less NOA2.  Congrats!
