Pd current but no IL

Pd 27th janaury. My pd current since month but no IL should I wait or apply for expedite my case as I am expecting and dnt know when this process will get  done! Please advice

Sorry, but "expecting" isn't, in itself, grounds to expedite......

Well this idea comes from F2A 2017 filers thread where couple of people already got an expedite based solely on pregnancy. I wonder do you have to provide any evidence of the pregnancy, or you can just claim you're expecting. The latter is quite disturbing, as anybody can make that claim just to jump the queue.

The only expedite I’ve seen due to pregnancy alone was front of line access at the embassy/consulate. Normally expedites involving pregnancy are really due to medical and/or financial concerns.

It does some people have applied on this ground and Got approved and Got visa in 2 weeks.. that's why I am asking for suggestion.

Why not if it is an option? My PD is already current since month and a half and no interview they are doing worst job we have paid them and we cant get proper answer from them why we are not getting interviews?now I have medical condition so why not apply for expedite when i have option? There is no need to jump the queue i have waited properly since 2017 janaury. I know everybody does but now my situation is diffrent.. anyways thanks for your input..

We have called them. They said they couldn't give time frame for the interview.

If she gives birth in Pakistan doesn't another I-130 need to get filed and approved for the child since the father is not a USC?

I don't think pregnancy is a strong case to expedite petition/visa processing. Nonetheless, you can write to the appropriate agencies to request expedite and that is when you'll know for sure if you qualify or not, though I think pregnancy is not a strong case for expedition.

Medical condition? If you have a serious medical condition you can request an expedite. But there’s no guarantee.

F2A permits derivatives, so no new I-130 is needed.
