Processing Times (I-751) for MSC (National Benefits Center)

Well, lets hope for the best. We already had interview during the I-130 process. I mean either way, interview or not, I just want this endless wait to be over. Going for infopass to stamp my password in 3 weeks, so maybe I'll get some details.

Yes, if you could share what the email looks like, it would be super appreciated. We're all extremely curious here about the interview part of this process for MSC filers.

Your Case Status: Testing and Interview 

As of May 8, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. 

If your case status indicates that you are currently in this step, you have either been scheduled for an interview or are in line to be scheduled for an interview. The amount of time your application will remain in this step will vary by office and is largely determined by the number of cases ahead of yours. The interview notice will have specifics about time, location and anything you will need to bring to your interview. If your application remains pending beyond our normal processing times (as shown below) please contact our national customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. Please note that not every application/applicant will require an interview. In some instances, an interview is required by regulation and others an interview is requested because USCIS has determined that this is the most efficient means to determine eligibility. Interesting part in the email and little confusing.. so maybe not all got this notice will end up with interview? But in the end they mention English test and civics and that's only for citizen application?? Unless this just automatic form they send with this stauts... MSC remains mystery without process numbers ..

Yes, that is the confusing part (if an actual interview will be scheduled)....I will share once I hear on next steps.  And I agree on the automated form - appears this goes to everyone who submitted a I-751 and N-400?  Not sure

Thats really fast and Im happy we are at NBC center(MSC) , seems my theory is proven right, 

CR1 cases going to msc and after 3 month and 5 days they finish reviewing the case and send it for interview.

 

I wish we all get fastest appointment in our local office aswell.

This is definitely the fastest submission to interview/approval action I've seen on VJ for ROC.  Congrats!

A case being ready to be scheduled is different to having the interview scheduled. It can take months to a year +. Hard to say anything since i1751 being sent to msc are a kind of novelty

New here ,but I was checking number s in MSC and 1990 and notice some numbers in the 19904 have interview scheduled and some still ready to schedule interview.. and three or for interview cancelled and notice sent .. I wish it says which office but it doesn't.. anyone seen any movement?
