I feeling the same way and RFE is request of  evidence its the same meaning for resubmit documents.

Ok I got a invalid document.  They said that my document was not right side up when it was.  They love playing with people

Resubmited april 1, NVC review only one of my 3 cases. I got an email. I check for the other 2 cases and no movements. I got a RFE again but this time for joint sponsor transcripts.
