I sent my I-130 for my wife on March 5, 2020 at the Lewisville Texas Service Center. I checked my FedEx tracking number and said they received it on March 9, 2020 and I still haven't received any email or NOA1 after 30 days. Does anyone know what should I do or call them from? I'm overseas in the Philippines.

I didn't receive anything but the mail for NOA1 as I'm overseas. Took mine I think a little over 4 weeks but with Corona and less planes flying mail, it might be delayed some.

Then my husband received the mail on, 2020/03/13. Is it the one that called I-130 APPROVAL?

i heard, that TEXAS Service Center is one of the quick service center. is that right?

Almost definitely not an approval. They take around 8-10 months last I checked.

Did your payment get taken out of the bank? That's a good sign that it was accepted. If not, I'd call them. Even if they did I'd give it a week and call them anyway (mail is probably running a little slower right now).

I am not a lawyer and nothing I say is or should be taken as legal advice.
