I-129f has no appeal process. A lawyer can't help. The embassy has it's own unique powers. Again the petition will return to USCIS and be left to expire. The process is over.   Next step is

It isn't that they don't care.  They are charged with taking the totality of a person's application, and making a decision.  In some countries, it is very unusual for younger males to marry much older

I have a large age gap with my husband.. He's 48 whilst I'm 24 and we have never had a problem... Maybe because I'm from the UK so I have no other reason to marry him other than love LOL. Where is your fiancé from?

Older male with younger female is not culturally anomalous. 

 

The original poster said he is from Nigeria and living in Georgia. There it’s not typically accepted to have a guy who has no children marry a woman who has children and is past the normal child bearing years so when it comes up in immigration the relationship

is treated with suspicion - if he had been interviewed in Nigeria he might even be asked how do you and your family feel about never having children (as others have  experienced).
