Hi, July filer just browsing other threads.

 

If you haven't legally changed your name, then your name is still the same (long one). No one can take your name away lol. I also have two names + two last names and they are spelled out in my SSN and driver's license. However, middle name is abbreviated in the green card (A.). I think the "del" just throws them off. In my case I always get mail addressed to first name+second last name because they think my first last name is my middle name. It's dumb but since I haven't changed my name I just ignore that. My name is right in the appropriate legal documents. You can update your SS card and driver's license to show your name correctly, if you want but I don't think it's an issue. Abbreviations are standard.

My status finally was updated to “new card is being produced”. I filed on March 3,2019!

Got a text message this morning that there was a case update .. status changed to "Card is Being Produced"   Our case was at LIN (Nebraska).   -David

I just checked the status and guess what, approved!! I filed on March 29 and my service center was LIN. Approved with no interview or RFE.

Also, still pending on my I-751.. I was moved to a different center on April 8th and no update since. 

They may have done it to be able to properly fit your name on the card. They tend to abreviate the middle names here. Its not that they took it away or dont recognize it. Just that the way US systems are created, your SSN is they true key to your identity. Im also from Mexico, for legal documents i always use the - to separate my last names. Or so they recognize that its two separate ones and make sure the first letter is capital and make it very noticeable. You will see that having long and multiple names will be challenging. Lol 

You never know how people will enter it into the system, if it will be all together separated by a space or by the -

Yes, i filed march 30th 2019 and it was transferred from Texas to NBC on April 10th 2020. 2 days ago i filed for n400 and today they updated my i751 to be scheduled for an interview.

This was the first update since "Fingerprint Review Was Completed", which I received back in 9 May 2019.

I am also March Filer, California and WAC. Also, I filed for the N-400 about a month ago, lols We are almost sailing in same boat. Nothing changed for me so far, except showing "Scheduling an interview" Wish you guys all the best and congratulations to approved ones.
