Middle eastern name convection is different from English naming and there fore I am not much of an expert to respond with the information you supplied. Can I recommend that you search out for the sub-forum for your country/region and ask this questions there. Many there can help. To find the sub-forum go up to the blue ribbon at the top of the page and select "forums". Scroll down about 3/4 of the page and you find the listings for the sub-forums.

Got my P3, scheduled my medical for May 24th and returned the P3 checklist to the embassy. They told me I'll get P4 letter with my interview date 15-20 days ahead of my interview but if a sooner date pops up I might get my letter 3-4 days before. I hope for at least 2 week notice as my fiance needs to plan his days off.

So we have gone in to AP.... hoping its just a short process but nail biting.... Im guessing it's over my sons citizenship rights or not which was debated in length at my interview... not to worried as it could also just be normal AP but saw another lady who had her interview on the same day and all ready had hers issued

ok im booked medical and interview!  yeahhh.  question...to medical it says to bring:

 

"the confirmation letter, if it is a K1 or fiance visa"

 

is that the NOA2 approval letter(Im guessing?)

You don't need to provide a letter. Check with the embassy or ask someone in the sub-forum for your country or region if the petitioner can attend. Some allow and some don't.  A letter to an embassy typically will not allow you to bypass their rules.

It’s actually says on their website that I have to send them asking letter and they might grant me entrance.

Simply write a 1 or 2 sentence asking for permission.  You're over thinking this process.
