Just sent mine on 2/7/2019, just arrived at the p.o. box today 2/9/2019. Hoping to get notified next week. Completed myself, and sent credit card form for payment, so I should know as soon as the 1225 hits my credit card, then I'll look for the official letter.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

Best wishes to you!

Ours arrived Jan 28th...and still nothing.  Very frustrating, while watching Feb filers already getting texts/emails.  Ugh!

Yes, maybe I'll pop back in here when I get a text or email from them. Just to let you know. I usually don't update my timeline until I get the hard copy of the letter.

Hello gusy! Just wanna share my timeline so far.

Jan 28 - Sent packet

Feb 1 - Packet delivered

Feb 5 - Charged our credit card

Feb 6 - Received 3 text messages from USCIS

Nice.

Yet another Feb filer who’s received their initial texts....and this January filer who has not.

Any my Attorney insists there are lengthy delays currently affecting even this stage, and that I should ignore the blogs and forums.

Really?!?!

Sent Jan: 25

Delivered: Jan 28

Uscis received our files on february 1st :)

all the best to everyone!

Did you include 2018 ITR in your packet? I submitted mine on February 8th but ITR for 2018 wasn't available yet so I just included 2016, 2016 and 2017.

For your I-864 Affidavit of Support evidence: tax transcripts, did you file 2018 tax? or 2015-2017 for the 3 most recent tax years? We're cramming with the filing of tax.

Same, we're filing 2015-2017 taxes. I don't know though if it is okay.

I sent W2’s for 2016-2018, 2016-2017 ITR and only 1040 for 2018. It may or may not work for my application but a friend of mine sent her application first week of Jan 2019 and she recently got an RFE asking for recent tax papers. She only sent 2015-2017. But it’s a case to case basis so let’s just all hope for a smooth process.

How far are you from your I-94 expiration? I am bit worried cause mine will expire in a couple of weeks.

Mine has been expired a long time ago. Just make sure you get your SSN before it expires so it won’t be a hassle for you. Bec some states would require at least your combo card to get SSN if your I-94 is expired.

Yup, got my SSN already. So, is it okay to file I-485 AOS way pass the I94 expiration? I am torn between filing now and waiting for the 2018 ITR.
