Did you sent I 765 and I 485 in the same package to the same address?

Yes. I-130, I-485 (with the supporting I-864), and I-765 all in the same package to the same address. Each application/petition had separate binder clips, separate cover letters. I hope I did it all right. The whole package was 5lbs as I included all kinds of extra documents.

Thank you, but about the money order, its just 1 or 2 (I-765 & I-485)?

If I am a K1 visa Holder, why on AOS I have to fill I-130?

Just 1 money order for $1225 if you are aged 14-78; $85 cheaper if you are aged 79 or older: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485 USCIS also accepts credit cards and debit cards: https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-expands-credit-card-payment-option-fees You should also include the optional but free Form I-131 for Advance Parole. There no fees for I-765 and I-131 in your case; https://www.uscis.gov/news/questions-and-answers/uscis-issue-employment-authorization-and-advance-parole-card-adjustment-status-applicants-questions-and-answers:

Quote

Q5. How much does this card cost?

A5. If you submitted an application for adjustment of status on or after July 30, 2007 (or on or after August 18, 2007, for employment-based cases), you will pay only one fee to file Form I-485, Form I-765 and Form I-131. The fee for Form I-485 is <outdated cost>, and there is no separate fee for Forms I-765 and I-131 associated with a Form I-485. For those cases that were filed under the old fee structure, the costs for this card will equal the combined costs of filing Forms I-131 and I-765, which is a total of <outdated cost>. Visit www.uscis.gov/fees for more information.

Don't fill out Form I-130 since you have an approved I-129F.

Did you also submit a free I-131? If not, you can still submit one to the Chicago Lockbox https://www.uscis.gov/i-131-addresses

No need to file Form I-130 if you married within 90 days. What you need to file are I-485, I-765 if you want to work while AOS is pending and I-131 if you want to travel outside the US while waiting for your green card.

I didn't do 131 now since I don't have any travels planned. I can always submit it later, if I need to.

True, but it takes 4-6 months to process if you decide to submit it later; the exception is if its a qualifying emergency, then its processed faster. A lot people don't have travel plans when they apply for AOS-based AP so they leave the parts for date and length of trip blank. Their I-131 still get approved. Others just pust unreasonable dates, such as: 02/26/2019 to 03/05/2019.

That would be my only reason.

I guess I just didn't want to mess with it now, I wanted to get the process rolling as we were already falling behind schedule (EAD is a priority). And from what I understood, even with an AP,  you can't simply exit/enter whenever you want, you still need a qualifying event, and you have to do an InfoPass, etc...

That does not apply to AOS-based AP. It applies to other types of AP such as TPS-based AP or the no longer issued DACA-based AP. For AOS-based AP no reason is needed; just enter*/exit whenever you want with approved AOS-based AP. It can be leisure, family, etc type visits.

*Obviously only US citizens are guaranteed US entry
