Are you in need of requesting a waiver? Otherwise not applicable

YMMV

I left it blank as well and it's been stressing me out ever since I realized it. The way it's worded is confusing. 😩 Has anyone left it blank without RFE??

It is a tricky question.  And the most common answer it seems is hidden at the bottom and even that is worded odd.

It is not on the bottom (at least not on the form we sent in) and I think it is worded clearly....

"Not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer" -> Not applicable hence wavier is not required because the beneficiary is my spouse or if is not I didn't file for multiple K1 visas so it is not applicable in my case....

5 d is most definitely at the bottom. Hence option d.  You don’t need to break it down for me.  I know what it means.  It is hard to see there.  And worded weird.  In my opinion.  Thanks.

That’s good to know! Wonder if they will ask you at the interview because they do need to know if a waiver is required.
