No, it did not change in the new site. Only the EAD case.   Wishing your card arrives soon too.

Hi all,

Off topic question, kinda.

So, if I recall correctly, my husband's K1 visa has an "expiration date" in April. Does that affect him in any way if we want to travel (within the US) on plane? Or like, what if he needs to prove he's here legally? How does that work?

Hi, he can freely travel within US. He just needs his passport. Also take your  I-797 notice ( aos pending proof) and marriage license just for piece of mind:) Thats what I would do.

Hi everyone.

 

We filed AOS on 12/17 in indianapolis field office. Had immigration interview 3/15. Officer stated that they needed to keep reviewing the case and that our relationship is valid. Our case updated later that day and stated "additional RFE was mailed to you". Day 14, nothing. I did a case inquiry online March 25, and we got a notice in the mail today regarding my inquiry from the local field office. They stated that they sent an RFE on 3/15, and still have not heard back from you. I dont know what is going on. Also went to info pass appt 3/28 yesterday and the secretary told me there is no RFE and that the case is still in processing and the officer hasn't made a decision. She declined for us to speak to an officer . I am at a loss right now. I hired a lawyer who will send inquiry next week. I am so fed up!

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I was randomly reviewing my Receipt Notice from USCIS and I found out that on both I-131 and I-765 my DOB it’s incorrect (19 instead of 15). I just hope that on Monday I can fix it over the phone and it’s not delay my process. 

 

On top of that, I find out, too, that I lost the Appointment Lettee for Biometric. It’s done on January, do you guys think that I need it for further actions? I still have a digital copy.

Hey guys, our case was received on December 30th. We had our biometrics appointment on January 30th. We still haven't received any case updates. On the USCIS website, our case status is still showing as "Case was Received" and "Fingerprint fee was Received." Should we be concerned? I was expecting at least an update on an interview schedule, but nothing yet 😟
