Hello everyone, I have a question please if someone know answer help me. So if I have interview in March 2019 witch tax I take with me to interview, just 2017 or 2018.thanks

From what I understand you will submit (for NVC upload or physical packet) and take with you to the interview: 2018 (one you will file in upcoming January) + 2017 + 2016. This is because they require 3 recent years tax returns. The latest one is given most importance but you need to prove your above poverty level income for all 3 recent years, if anything is lacking you will need a joint sponsor. Hope this helps

send 2016 and 2017 to NVC when you have your interview take 2018 with you because 2018 now its not available so its not required but take with you on the day of interview good luck.

You are only require to submit the last tax return or transcript to nvc. If you interview in March you should take the last 3 tax return or tax transcript to the interview which may not be 2018 because you have till April to submit your tax return to IRS. If you file before then you will take 2018 with you to the interview.

If the interview is in March 2019 the most recent 3 tax returns required would be 2017, 2016, 2015.

If the return is done you can take it but it is not required.

Thanks everyone for help, I'm appreciate.

While it is nice to thank everyone, some of the advice you got was wrong.  Take the latest return that was filed.  2018 is not required for a March Interview but take it if it has been filed.  The petitioner would be wise to file early, if the return will look good.
