October filed unless your complete package was returned to you for refiling.

EAD is processed seperately from AOS. The RFE for your AOS (i864) is independent of the EAD process.

Yes you could try to expedite if you have documentation from your employer.

Brilliant. Thanks for your swift reply!

Kansas city is one of the faster offices
Many in my July Group got their GCs in 3 months- by October.
So I think redcat, you are MORE likely than not to get that GC before EAD. lol

hey---there is some good news today! I am checking the mailbox every day now.

Our biometric appointment was last week of November---is there anything that we should receive in the mail after this? Or am I simply waiting on EAD and then Interview? I guess I am waiting and not even sure if it is the expected date of March or if there is a "Biometrics" went through with no issue notice...

Next is an interview letter. That could take weeks, months or years depending on your FO.

Sometimes you will get an update on the tracker stating your fingerprint review is complete but dont count on it. You wont get anything in the mail regarding that though unless there was something wrong with your prints and they will request a second biometrics to be done. That's rare.

Thank you again---I keep checking the mail and suddenly I realized I wasn't even sure what I was looking for. Thanks!

Is there a way to check the the date of AOS applications that were processed last by different field offices? Maybe I'm just bad at navigating this website, but the only luck that I've got are reviews for AOS interviews sorted by field offices.

Google USCIS processing times and click on the government website, there are drop downs for what application and then which field office

We need context my dear.
