Texas hasn't even started August yet :( It's still going to be a few months.

And it’s been 5 months already since I filed 😔 I hope we hear from them soon🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I will just not pay too much attention to it (which is quite hard honestly). How long is it taking at NVC stage now?

Onces NVC receives your case it takes 2 to 3 months for CC.

Thank you. This is definitely the longest and most frustrating wait.

Hey!

I've been lurking around the forums the past couple days after someone on instagram had recommended visajourney to me, and when I stumbled upon this thread I thought I'd say hi - so... "hi!" 🙃

The hubbs (USC) and I got married in July, did the paperwork in August, sent it to the Chicago lockbox, and received the NOA1 with a Sept 14 priority date, with our case being at the Nebraska Service Center.

Update: I got tired of waiting and I sent a letter to my congressman. A rep contacted us and wanted more info. It probably won’t help speed up the process, but it’s worth the try. I will update the outcome.

(TSC noa1: Sep 20th.)

Every little bit helps. Thank you and please update your vj timeline with your Noa dates. It helps us to get estimates of approval dates. I’m tired of waiting also. Based on the estimates here, it looks like we won’t get NOA2 until at least 200 days from noa1. Potomac service center is already approving September and I just saw an October approval, but all from Potomac service center. Last I heard, Texas is working on July🙄😢

Texas MUST be close to August at this point. I refuse to believe anything else 😛
