Mine was only 1 day. But not sure tbh. Have heard rumors they only send things once a week or 2 weeks. Once it is printed, should receive email, text, and or notification thru one of the sites

They told me Wednesday and I called back yesterday, still not printed...

That's sucks.. it's the "not knowing #######" the rfe is for that's the killer.

I was shocked when I got mine and what they asked for. It kinda pissed me off. But, have to do what uscis wants.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

Ugh🤦🏼‍♂️ That's why it is such a f&$:ing bad idea to call. More times then not they lie to u. I was so not looking forward to calling.

Hopefully ur call back will have some correct news for u..

Still nothing... 200days...

I am so tired of waiting and crying...

i asked my fiancé to call USCIS ( we called them last week and and we were told to wait until Sep 15th!! Ugh... And if still nothing after 15th, call them again...) again but he said we should wait for another 10 more days. I can’t wait anymore...

it's 10 days. Be patient, get distracted, start a new tv show together, let it happen. You are so close there's no point to be anxious about it and it won't fix anything. I get you because we are almost in the same situation but... we can't hurry USCIS so better keep peace of mind.

Thank you so much! It’s just so hard!!! I know I have to be patient but seeing all the March and end of Feb filers getting approved makes me cry....

I just got my call back from the tier 2 and was basically shamed for even calling and told, I can tell you it might take a month, it might take two years, that's all I can tell you. This is a horrible process and there's no reason for them to treat people like that. 😭

Mine was 200 days. No updates. Tier 2 wouldn’t even tell me. Got the notification in the mail a week later. Sign up for USPS informed delivery.

Hi All!

Have anyone been in the situation:

We called to USCIS 08/28 and Tier 2 told us that we received an RFE, it would be printed and sent in a few next days. Our case status on both web sites still without any changes, we haven't received any email / mail / notifications (we subscribed for informed delivery / both web sites). My fiancé called them yesterday (we had question about address change) and spoke again with Tier 2, who said that she couldn't see any RFE and it probably was a draft of RFE and maybe officer found the information he needed that's why it haven't been posted in the system / that's why the can't see it. Or it could be that officer is still thinking about sending or not RFE.

She gave only 1 advice - just wait, but it's 199 / 203 days (new / old web site) since they received our petition.

How long does it usually take to receive RFE after officer created a draft of it?

Or maybe anyone was in the same situation and received NOA2 instead of RFE? It's soooo strange that two officers provided us with different information 😣

This uncertain situation is killing me 😪
