Approved!!! February 1 2019!!! I was notified by email and by text. It shows on the old website. The new one hasn't updated, but who cares!

Hi everyone! My fiancé checked the account and it's been approved!!! it's not showing up when I enter our case number so does this take a couple of days? I'm so happy I'm speechless 😀

I got my letter today!! It says the receive date is September 12 but the notice date is September 17! So should I update my timeline to say that my NOA1 is 9/17?

they still goes by receive date that is NOA1 Old AND NOTICE DATE THAT IS NOA1 new site!

04/04/18  - Mailed I-129F

04/06/18 -  NOA1 notice date email/text

10/18/18 -  RFE notification

10/22/18 -  RFE received in mail

11/01/18 -  RFE sent to USCIS

11/06/18 -  RFE received by USCIS

11/14/18 -  NOA2

11/27/18 - NVC Received

12/12/18 - NVC Case number

01/8/19 - Scheduled interview-APPROVED

01/21/19 - POE!

Hello all! My name is Emily and we mailed our application for a K1 on the 09/19 just before I flew back to Australia. Fingers crossed for a September NOA1 :)

We sent ours in September 10th and they received it September 12th. I got the text message of the NOA1 on the 17th. Sent to Dallas, TX lockbox. Now the Long wait!

Our petition has the exact same dates! Except mine went to the Dallas lockbox. I put my timeline as NOA1 accepted September 17th when I got the text. Not sure if that’s right either

Hello everyone! Our package was sent yesterday (Sept 21) via USPS. Expected delivery  will be on Sept 24. We started preparing for it since June. Both of us are super busy with work. Our fiancé letter of intent were both dated June 30. Do you guys think it’s ok?

There is a service provided by the USPS (US Postal Service) whereby each morning USPS will scan your incoming mail (just the address side of the envelope) and email you an update. It's very convenient these days to have advance notice that an important piece of mail is being delivered.

 

The service is available to most communities but some are still being rolling out so not all areas are available. Check the website with your zip code to verify your location is available for the service. A person in the USA can sign up for this free service here: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action

Not sure if that’s right either. A day or two difference doesn't harm the stats. You can correct your timeline once you have your physical NOA1 in your hands.
