the same question how you now you'r casse is in NVC ? guys

Checking on your embassy case number from NVC:

It will take 7 - 10 business days for NVC to receive your file from USCIS after you receive the NOA2, then another 2 - 5 business days for NVC to get your file in there system and produce your case number.  Call 7:00 am eastern time for shorter wait times.

1-603-334-0700 or 603-334-0888. Operator assistance is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time)

1 for English, then 7 (or 5, but I would go 7 as they would tell you if you should call 5 instead of after they receive your case.)

Best time to call:

Right after they open which is around 7:00 pm Philippine time/ 7:00 am US Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. I was always able to have the phone answered after the first ring if I called right at 7:00 am.

NVC CONTACT INFORMATION:

Website: www.immigrantvisas.state.govwww.immigrantvisas.state.gov

E-mail: NVCInquiry@state.gov    I highly recommend you email NVC for the case #, even if you call and get it, this will give you a correspondence from NVC with the case # for future reference.  The email request for your MNL # is also a great way to track when your file is forwarded to USEM as NVC will not reply to the email until that time.

REQUIRED SECURITY INFORMATION:

You are required to provide the following security information with each inquiry to receive a case-specific response:

* NVC Case Number or USCIS Receipt Number (Place in the subject line of the e-mail).

* Petitioner's name and date of birth.

( NOTE: If the visa petition is employment-based, include the employer's company/organization name instead of the petitioner's name and date of birth. )

* Principal Applicant's name and date of birth.

Hey guys, I was able to schedule our interview for Oct 24th! Our case is still in transit but expected to arrive tomorrow. We went ahead and scheduled the medical this week. Just wanted to share since some of you may still have your case "in transit" status but you can go ahead to submit your DS-160, pay your visa fees where you get a receipt # and use it to schedule your interview. Once scheduled, you get an interview confirmation with a barcode which is what you'll need to take to your medical. This is embassy specific so check what is required for your medical before you schedule it!

Hope this helps ☺️

A bit of caution, and you pointed it out in your last sentence but only for the medical. This cavite is also a requirement for paying interview fees and scheduling the interview. ALWAYS check your Embassy's P3 instruction letter.

Hey guys, I'm a little confused about something. In DS-160 they ask for your 'present employer address', does this mean the address where you actually work at? I work in a shop that's part of a chain of like 20 other shops, and the addresses for the 'main location' and where I work are different, which one should I use?

You use the address for the "main location".

Hello,

I have a question related to the EVIDENCES to be provided along with the I-134. Regarding A (2), aka total amount deposited for the past year in the bank account. My fiancé has US bank and they said that they cannot provide such document. Do any of you know how to get this, maybe online?

Thank you

Did you try the manager at the bank? My fiancé went Friday, brought the printed instructions of what we need and they said the manager can do it and put in on a company letterhead. Maybe they just didn’t know there, try another office maybe?
